2. Return & Replacement Procedure
Requests for product return or replacement must be initiated by contacting our customer service team or the distributor from whom the product was purchased. All requests are subject to AbMole's review and approval.
Upon approval, products must be returned in their original packaging.
A valid return tracking number must be provided to AbMole for processing.
3. General Policy Terms & Conditions
AbMole warrants that its products conform to their specifications and are free from material defects in workmanship and materials at the time of delivery.
Return and Replacement Submission: Any quality-related complaints must be submitted to AbMole within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.
For valid claims, AbMole's obligation is to either (i) replace the defective product, or (ii) refund the original purchase price.
Assessment & Fees: AbMole will conduct a comprehensive assessment of all return requests. This assessment will consider factors including, but not limited to, the time since purchase, storage and transport conditions, product nature and sensitivity, packaging integrity, and the product's sale price. A restocking fee, calculated as a percentage of the original order value, may be applied.
General Exclusions: AbMole only process returns or replacements for verifiable product quality issues. This policy applies only if the product has been stored, handled, and used in strict accordance with the instructions provided in the official product datasheet. Due to the inherent complexity of biological experiments, unsatisfactory experimental results are not considered valid grounds for a return request. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for non-quality-related reasons (e.g., project cancellation, ordering errors, etc.), and the buyer may not cancel orders or refuse payment on such grounds. Any order modifications must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
