Zilovertamab (UC-961) is a humanised monoclonal antibody against ROR1 that blocks Wnt5a-induced ROR1 signalling.
Immobilized human ROR1 at 2 ug/mL can bind zilovertamab, EC50=0.00283 ug/mL.
A549 cells were stained with zilovertamab and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS, EC50=0.002776 ug/ml.
