Valemetostat (DS-3201) is a first-in-class EZH1/2 dual inhibitor, used in the research of relapsed/refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Valemetostat significantly reducs ATL cell viability compared with the others. Valemetostat significantly reactivates the expression of the highly H3K27me3-accumulated EZH1/2 target genes in an ex vivo culture of primary ATL cells.
