Ulacamten (CK-4021586) is a potent cardiac myosin ATPase inhibitor, it contains a unique azetidine-carboxaldehyde moiety in its molecular structure, which selectively binds to the regulatory light chain of myosin to modulate cardiac contractility and thereby improve left ventricular diastolic function in experimental animals.
