| Preparation method | Serum-starved LI90 cells were trypsinized, and resuspended at 4 × 10^4 cells/ml in serum-free medium containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin (BSA), in which tricin was added at the indicated concentrations. PDGF-BB (750 µl at 10 ng/ml) was added to the lower chamber, and 500 µl of cell suspension was added to the upper chamber. The chambers were incubated at 37°C for 24 h, after which the cells that had migrated to the underside of the membrane were stained with Diff-quick，and counted in 10 random high-power fields; the mean count was determined from triplicate wells. |
