Tiliroside is a glycoside flavonoid with antidiabetic properties. Tiliroside is a noncompetitive inhibitor of α-amylase with a Ki value of 84.2 μM. Tiliroside inhibits carbohydrate digestion and glucose absorption in the gastrointestinal tract.
