Ticlopidine (Yuclid, Ticlopidinum, Ticlopidina) is an orally active inhibitor of platelet aggregation induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP). Ticlopidine is also an inhibitor of CYP2B6 with Ki of 0.2 μM.
