SQ109 is an anti-tuberculosis compound used in the study of multi-drug resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB). SQ109 inhibits the activity of MmpL3, a mycoacid transporter required by M. tuberculosis to incorporate mycoacid into its cell wall.
