Biological Activity

TRIM21 Protein, an E3 ubiquitin ligase, plays a vital role in the immune response by targeting intracellular pathogens for degradation. It is involved in the recognition and clearance of viral particles. E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase whose activity is dependent on E2 enzymes, UBE2D1, UBE2D2, UBE2E1 and UBE2E2.

Recombinant Human TRIM21 expressed the target gene encoding Val287-Tyr475 with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.

Related Other Proteins Products
Recombinant Human Nesfatin-1 (E. coli)

Recombinant Human Nesfatin-1 is a metabolic polypeptide and is the N-terminal region of the precursor protein, Nucleobindin2 (encoded by NUCB2 gene).

Recombinant Human SEMA3E (E. coli, N-His)

Protein Construct: DNA sequence encoding human SEMA3E (Arg32-Phe516) fused to an N-His tag. accession #: O15041.

Recombinant Mouse HMGB1 Protein (E. coli, C-His)

The recombinant mouse HMGB1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. High-mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1), also known as HMG-1 or amphoterin previously, is a member of the HMGB family. HMGB1 is a DNA-binding nuclear protein, released actively following cytokine stimulation as well as passively during cell death.

Recombinant Human HMGB1 Protein (E. coli, C-His)

Human High-mobility group box 1 protein (HMGB1), previously known as HMG-1 or amphoterin, is a member of the high mobility group box family of non-histone chromosomal proteins. Human HMGB1 is expressed as a 30 kDa, 215 amino acid (a.a.) single chain polypeptide.

Recombinant Human MFGE8 Protein (Baculovirus-Insect, His-AVI, Biotinylated)

MFG-E8 is expressed in mammary epithelial cell surfaces and aortic media. MFG-E8 has opsonization of the apoptotic cells and binding to integrins on the surface of phagocytic cells. It also mediates the engulfment of the dead cell.
