MAPK8 is a multifunctional serine/threonine protein kinase that complexly regulates multiple cellular processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, and differentiation. MAPK8 is activated by MAP2K4/MKK4 and MAP2K7/MKK7, phosphorylates AP-1 components, and affects transcriptional activity.
Recombinant Human MAPK8 expressed the target gene encoding Tyr26-Ile321 with a His tag at the N-terminus.
