The interleukin 18 receptor 1 (IL18R1) belongs to interleukin 1 receptor family. IL18R1 has been shown to mediate EAE through regulation of both IL-18-dependent and -independent pathways. Reaserches show that the increased expression of IL18R1 may contribute pathogenically to disease and is therefore a potential therapeutic target.
Recombinant Human Interleukin-18 Receptor 1 expressed the target gene encoding Ala19-Arg329 and with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.
