Biological Activity

Estrogen Receptor is a major ligand-activated transcription factor belonging to the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily. The protein localizes to the nucleus where it may form a homodimer or a heterodimer with estrogen receptor 2. Estrogen receptors are also involved in pathological processes including breast cancer, endometrial cancer, and osteoporosis.

Recombinant Human ER Alpha expressed the target gene encoding Met1-Gln116 with a 6His tag at the N-terminus.

Accession: P03372

Apparent Molecular Weight: 14 KDa, under reducing conditions

Endotoxin < 1 EU/µg

Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20mM Glycine-HCl, 8% Sucrose, 0.05% Tween 80, pH 3.5.

Recombinant Human Siglec-15 Protein (HEK293, C-Fc)

Human Siglec-15 is a transmembrane glycoprotein in the Siglec family. Siglec-15 is important for osteoclast formation and TRANCE/RANK Ligand signaling in osteoclasts.

Recombinant Human Siglec-15 Protein (HEK293, C-mFc)

Human Siglec-15 is a transmembrane glycoprotein in the Siglec family. Siglec-15 is important for osteoclast formation and TRANCE/RANK Ligand signaling in osteoclasts.

Recombinant Human Siglec-9 Protein (HEK293, C-Fc)

Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 9(Siglec 9) is expressed by peripheral blood leukocytes, and found in liver, fetal liver, bone marrow, placenta, spleen and so on. It is a putative adhesion molecule that mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. It also binds to alpha-2,3- or alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid.

Recombinant Human Siglec-6 Protein (HEK293, C-Fc)

Siglec-6, also known as CD327, mediates sialic-acid dependent binding to cells. Siglec-6 binds to alpha-2,6-linked sialic acid.

Recombinant Human SIGLEC-10 Protein (HEK293, His Tag)

The recombinant human SIGLEC-10 consists of 540 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 59.5 kDa. A DNA sequence encoding the human SIGLEC-10 (Met17-Asn550) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
