QM295 is an endoplasmic reticulum oxidation 1 (ERO1) inhibitor with selectively reversible thiol reactivity. QM295 (25 μM, 50 μM) inhibits the development of AUR fluorescence in a kinetic assay with an IC50 value of 1.9 μM. QM295 can be used for the research of endoplasmic reticulum stress.
In vivo, QM295 (50 μM, 30 min) has the accumulation of an ERO1α form with lower mobility.
