Oregovomab (Alt-2 monoclonal antibody) is a murine mAb targeting CA125. Oregovomab induces cytotoxic immune response against CA125 expressing tumor cells.
HELA Cell Line were stained with Oregovomab and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS, the EC50 is 0.01 ug/mL.
