NVP-CGM097 is a highly effective and selective MDM2 inhibitor with a Ki value of 1.3 nM. In wild-type p53 cells, NVP-CGM097 significantly induced p53 reassignment into the nucleus with IC50 of 0.224 μM. Nvp-cgm097 inhibited HCT116 (p53WT/WT) cells with IC50 of 454 ± 136 nM.
