Biological Activity

NDMC101 (HS Cm) is a potent dipeptidyl peptidase-IV (DPPIV) inhibitor in T cells with low cytotoxicity. NDMC101 is a potent immunomodulator that inhibits production of IL-2, TNF-α and IFN-γ. NDMC101 inhibits osteoclastogenesis in experimental model of arthritis.
