Mulberroside A is one of the main bioactive components in Mulberry (Morus alba L.). Mulberroside A reduced the expression of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6, inhibited the activation of NALP3, Caspase-1 and NF-κB, and phosphorylated ERK, JNK and P38. Mulberroside A has anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects. Mulberroside A showed inhibitory activity against tyrosinase of mushroom with IC50 of 53.6 μM.
