It is marketed under the trade names Corlanor, Procoralan, Coralan, Corlentor, Coraxan, Ivabid, and Bradia by Servier Laboratories. Amgen markets ivabradine in the United States. Ivabradine acts by selectively inhibiting the pacemaker current (If) in a dose-dependent fashion. This inhibition results in a lower heart rate and thus more time for blood to flow to the myocardium.
