IRDye 800 NHS is an active ester that can be used to label biomolecules, such as proteins and nucleic acids, in order to track and detect the dynamic behavior of these molecules in molecular biology research. IRDye 800CW NHS has good water solubility and can be bound to biomolecules, and the biomolecules still maintain their original biological activity after binding.
