Imperatorin is a potent NO synthesis inhibitor with an IC50 of 9.2 μmol and a BChE inhibitor with an IC50 of 31.4 μmol. Imperatorin is a weak agonist of TRPV1 with an EC50 of 12.6±3.2 μM.
