Ibuprofen, but not sodium, Shows reversing the inhibitory effect of Cardiotoxic hormone asymmetrically dimethylarginine (ADMA) and Ng-Nitro-L-Arginin ethyl ester (L-name) acted on nitric oxide synthase (Enos & Enol) in vitro (mouse RAW264.7 macrophages and isolated mouse and rat aorta) and effectively prevented l-name-induced increases in arterial blood pressure from large in vivo anesthesia Mice (0.5 mg/kg L - the NAME; Ibuprofen arginate 114.8 μmol/kg, equivalent to 20 mg/kg L-ARG through femoral artery intubation).
