Falcarinol (Panaxynol) is a natural, orally active Hsp90 inhibitor. Falcarinol (Panaxynol) induces apoptosis. Panaxynol inhibits the sphere-forming ability of NSCLC CSCs by inducing apoptosis. Panaxynol suppresses the viability of NSCLC cells with no effects on normal cells.
