Preparation method	Treatment of the cells with eravacycline for 72 h suppressed the proliferation of human PDAC cells (BxPC-3, AsPC-1) in a concentration-dependent manner by up to 90–93%. When administered at a concentration of 25 μM eravacycline was able to reduce the human BxPC-3 cells’ viability more effectively than 25 μM of tigecycline.
