Enhanced Potassium Green-2 AM is a cell-membrane-permeable K+ fluorescent probe with good photostability and a wide kinetic range. It can be excited by visible light at 517 nm, but can also be detected by the conventional wavelength of 488 nm, and is suitable for use in confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, and high-throughput screening analysis.
