Biological Activity

Dimethyl L-glutamate (Dimethyl glutamate) can stimulate insulin release induced by Glucose. Dimethyl L-glutamate suppresses the KATP channel activities. Dimethyl L-glutamate inhibits E. gracilis growth and causes abnormal cell division.
