Dihydrocytochalasin B is a Cytokinesis inhibitor and changes the morphology of the cells, similar to that of cytochalasin B. Dihydrocytochalasin B does not inhibit glucose transport. Dihydrocytochalasin B inhibits active calcium transport and causes a Ca2+increase in the mucosal scrapings. Dihydrocytochalasin B disrupts the actin structure and inhibits the ability of growth factors to stimulate DNA synthesis, reversibly blocks initiation of DNA synthesis.

| CK-636
CK-636 is an Arp2/3 complex inhibitor with IC50 of 4 μM, 24 μM and 32 μM for inhibition of actin polymerization induced by human, fission yeast and bovine Arp2/3 complex, respectively. |
| CK 666
Ck-666 is a cell-permeable inhibitor (IC50=12 μM) of the Arp2/3 complex, which binds to the Arp2/3 complex and stabilizes the inactive state of the complex, preventing the movement of Arp2 and Arp3 subunits into the active filamentous conformation. |
| CK 869
Ck-869 is an inhibitor of the actin associated protein 2/3 complex (ARP2/3) with an IC50 value of 7 μM. |
| Latrunculin A
Latrunculin A (Latrunculia magnifica) is A toxin obtained from the Red Sea sponge Latrunculia magnifica that binds to actin monocytes and inhibits actin aggregation, inhibiting atP-actin, ADP-pi-actin, Kd values of ADP-actin and G-actin were 0.1, 0.4, 4.7 μM and 0.19 μM, respectively. |
