DG-041 is a potent and selective EP3 antagonist (IC50 = 4.6 nM). DG-041 inhibits PGE2 facilitation of platelet aggregation in vitro and ex vivo. DG-041 displays good plasma and metabolic stability. DG-041 inhibits PGE2 facilitation of platelet aggregation. DG-041 crosses the blood-brain barrier. Antiplatelet and antithrombotic.
