Biological Activity

Demethylzeylasteral is a triterpene compound isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii with anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive and anti-tumor activities. Demethylzeylasteral significantly reduces atherosclerosis (AS). Demethylzeylasteral inhibits triple negative breast cancer by blocking TGF-β signaling pathway.
