CP21R7 can inhibitor enhances the induction of KDR+precursors prior to vascular commitment.Cp21R7 compound induced the highest luciferase activity at a concentration of 3 μ M. Immunofluorescence staining revealed that CP21 significantly increased total levels of intracellular -catenin.
