BTB-1 is a selective and ATP-competitive mitotic kinesin Kif18A inhibitor (IC50 = 1.69 μM); reversibly inhibits microtubule-stimulated Kif18A ATPase activity. Displays selectivity against a panel of other mitotic kinesins.
