BSJ-03-123 is a novel, potent CDK6-selective small-molecule degrader (PROTAC). BSJ-03-123 (BSJ) causes a pronounced anti-proliferative effect in CDK6-dependent AML cell lines by inducing a G1 cell-cycle arrest without a measurable increase in apoptosis.
