BMS-341400 is a selective and potent phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE 5) inhibitor. BMS-341400 has an IC50 value of 0.3 nM and is 150-fold selective for PDE5 over PDE6 and over 10,000-fold selective for PDE5 over PDE1, PDE2, PDE3, and PDE4.
