BMP2 IN-1 is an inhibitor for bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2) with an IC50 of 2.2 μM. BMP2 IN-1 exhibits anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective activity in EAE mouse model. BMP2 IN-1 is also an inhibitor for mitogen-activated protein kinase 1 (MEK1).
