Avarofloxacin (JNJ-Q2) is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibacterial compound used in the study of acute bacterial skin infections and acquired pneumonia. Avarofloxacin (JNJ-Q2) is an aminoethyl piperidine fluoroquinolone with an average MIC90 value of 0.12 mg/L.
