AUDA is a potent inhibitor of soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) with IC50 of 18 nM and 69 nM for the mouse sEH and human sEH, respectively. AUDA has anti-inflammatory activity that reduces the protein expression of MMP-9, IL-1β, TNF-α and TGF-β. AUDA downregulates Smad3 and p38 signaling pathways.
AUDA (0.3-10 μg/mL; 30 min) dose-dependently upregulats COX-2 expression. AUDA (10, 50 and 100 μM) augments the migratory ability of HCAECs in a dose-dependent manner.
AUDA (i.p.; 10 mg/kg; 14 days) reduces TNF-α, MMP-9 and IL-1β expression levels.
