Anhydrosafflor yellow B (AHSYB) inhibits ADP-induced platelet aggregation, exhibits significant anti-oxidative effects in vitro, and possesses certain activity against H2O2-induced cytotoxicity in cultured PC12 cells and primary neuronal cells.
