Anetumab (Anti-MSLN Antibody) is an anti-mesothelin (MSLN) antibody. MSLN is a tumor-associated antigen. Anetumab can be used to synthesis Anetumab ravtansine, a MSLN-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). Anetumab can be used for the research of malignant tumor.
Immobilized human Mesothelin at 2 ug/mL can bind anetumab, EC50=0.01877 ug/mL.
Human Mesothelin CHO-K Cell Line were stained with anetumab and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS, the EC50 is 0.915 ug/mL.
