Ac2-26 TFA, an active N-terminal peptide of adiponectin A1 (AnxA1), alleviates acute lung injury induced by ischemia-reperfusion. Ac2-26 also decreased AnxA1 protein expression and inhibited the activation of NF-κB and MAPK pathways in damaged lung tissue.
