SRF-114 is a human IgG1 anti-CCR8 monoclonal antibody that targets tumor Treg cells and induces antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) through activation of NK cells, resulting in selective depletion of immunosuppressive tumor T regulatory cells (Tregs) while preserving peripheral Tregs. It can be used for tumor-related studies.
