Description: Vazegepant (BHV-3500) hydrochloride is a first-in-class, high affinity CGRP receptor antagonist (hCGRP Ki= 0.023 nM). Vazegepant hydrochloride may be useful in the effective treatment of lung inflammation associated with COVID-19.
