| Description: | Uricase catalyses the rapid oxidation of uric acid into allantoic acid, it is extracted from fermentation broths of Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, and Candida parapsilosis. It is employed in biochemical research and for the determination of uric acid in serum and urine. |
