| Description: | Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (Ursodoxicoltaurine) is an endoplasmic reticulum stress inhibitor. It can significantly reduce the expression of apoptotic molecules such as caspase-3 and caspase-12. Tauroursodeoxycholate also suppresses ERK. It is a taurine conjugate of usodeoxycholic acid. |
