| Description: | Stf-62247 is an autophagy inducer with selective cytotoxicity against VHL-deficient renal cell carcinoma, with IC50 of 0.625 μM and 16 μM in RCC4 and RCC4/VHL cells, respectively. Stf-62247 can trigger ADCD in glioblastoma cell lines (LN-229, MZ-54, GOS-3 and U343) by inducing dephosphorylation and inactivation of mTORC1. |
