| Description: | SKPin C1 is a inhibitor of Skp2-mediated p27 degradation. SKPin C1 induces p27 accumulation in metastatic melanoma cell lines. SKPin C1 promotes G1/S cell cycle arrest in T47D cells and LNCaP cells. SKPin C1 induces G2/M cell cycle arrest in MCF-7 cells. |
