| Description: | Sauchinone is a diastereoisomer lignan obtained from Saururus chinensis. Sauchinone inhibited LPS induced expression of iNOS, TNF-α and COX-2 by inhibiting phosphorylation of I-κBα and nuclear translocation of P65. Sauchinone has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities. |
