Product Information
Description: Polysucrose 400 is a highly branched polymer formed by the copolymerization of sucrose and epichlorohydrin. Polysucrose 400 is completely non-ionic. Because of the abundance of hydroxyl groups, Polysucrose 400 is very hydrophilic and extremely water-soluble. The most common application for Polysucrose 400 is as a density gradient medium for the separation and isolation of eukaryotic cells, organelles and bacterial cells.

Stability and Solubility Advice: Information concerning product stability, particularly in solution, has rarely been reported and in most cases we can only offer a general guide.
We recommend that stock solutions, once prepared, are stored aliquoted in tightly sealed vials and used within 1 month. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles. Storage conditions for some special products should refer to their storage details.
