| Description: | Naltrindole hydrochloride is a selective non-peptide δ opioid antagonist (Ki = 0.02-0.3 nM), with much lower affinities for κ- and µ-opioid receptors (Kis = 10-66 and 6-64 nM, respectively). Naltrindole hydrochloride can cross the blood-brain barrier. |
