| Description: | m-Carboxycinnamic acid bishydroxamide is a potent HDAC inhibitor, exhibiting ID50 values of 10 and 70 nM in vitro for HDAC1 and HDAC3, respectively. m-Carboxycinnamic acid bishydroxamide also induces apoptosis and suppresses tumor growth. |
