| Description: | Lifitegrast sodium is a potent integrin antagonist that blocks the binding of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM-1) to lymphocyte function-associated antigen (LFA-1) and interrupts the T cell-mediated inflammatory cycle. Lifitegrast sodium inhibits the attachment of Jurkat T cells to ICAM-1 with an IC50 of 2.98 nM.May be useful in studies related to dry eye. |
