| Description: | KME-2780 is the orally active inhibitor for IRAK1 and IRAK4, with IC50 values of 19 nM and 0.5 nM, respectively. KME-2780 promotes differentiation of leukaemia stem/progenitor cells (LSPCs), upregulates CD38 expression, and induces heterogeneous morphological alterations. KME-2780 exhibits antitumour activity against AML cells in a mouse xenograft model. |
